End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "License") is a legal agreement between you and Juche TV (located in Myanmar) covering your use of the Juche TV website, applications, live streams, video-on-demand archive, publications library and EPG API (the "Licensed Service"). By accessing or using the Licensed Service, you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, you must not use the Licensed Service.

1License grant

Juche TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Licensed Service for personal, non-commercial purposes — watching and listening to broadcasts, reading and downloading publications for personal use, and querying the EPG API within reasonable limits — subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service.

2License restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by this EULA, you may not:

  • Copy, record for redistribution, re-stream, rebroadcast or re-host any stream or substantial portion of the Licensed Service;
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense or commercially exploit the Licensed Service or EPG data;
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service's software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, attribution or preservation notice;
  • Use automated means to access the Service in excess of reasonable limits, other than through the documented EPG API;
  • Use the Licensed Service in any manner that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of Juche TV, KoryoFront, or the original broadcasters and publishers.

3Ownership and content rights

The Licensed Service — including its software, design, compilations, stream infrastructure and archival metadata — is owned by Juche TV / Bloxy Play Comprehensive Channel and KoryoFront and is licensed, not sold. All television channels and radio streams are provided by KoryoFront, a professional South African organisation dedicated to North Korean content. Underlying broadcast content and publications remain the property of their respective owners; this EULA grants you no rights in that underlying content beyond viewing and personal use.

No affiliation. Juche TV and KoryoFront are independent and are not affiliated with Korean Central Television, KCBS, Voice of Korea, or any government or broadcasting entity.

4EPG data license

The Korean Central Television programme guide is produced as a joint operation between KoryoFront and Juche TV and is published through the Juche TV EPG API (for example, https://juche-tv-epg-api.vercel.app/api/bloxyplaytv?ch=KCTV&date=2026-08-17, where ch is the channel code and date is a YYYY-MM-DD date in Pyongyang time). You are licensed to use EPG data in personal and non-commercial projects provided that you:

  • Credit "EPG: KoryoFront × Juche TV" in any public display or redistribution;
  • Do not misrepresent the data as an official broadcaster schedule;
  • Accept that schedules may change and that no accuracy or availability is guaranteed.

5Publications

DPRK magazines, newspapers and periodicals are licensed to you for reading, research and personal archival. They are provided as published; the original publishers retain all rights. Any further reproduction or redistribution is your own responsibility and may require the rights holders' permission.

6Updates and changes

Juche TV may update, modify or discontinue any part of the Licensed Service — and may update this EULA — at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

7Termination

This License is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Juche TV may also suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, including to protect the Service or comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Licensed Service.

8Warranty disclaimer

The Licensed Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live broadcasts depend on real reception infrastructure and may be interrupted without notice.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Juche TV, KoryoFront or their operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to this EULA or your use of the Licensed Service.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juche TV and KoryoFront from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Licensed Service or your breach of this EULA.

11Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any dispute arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar.

12Entire agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and Juche TV concerning the Licensed Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Questions may be sent through the official contact channels listed on the Juche TV website.
